The room was really comfortable with a king size bed and a separate kitchenette that made our stay enjoyable.

The restaurant had a lack of staff, leading to slow service. it was clear that the few staff members were overwhelmed with multiple roles to fill.

The bathroom was in dire need of cleanliness. the drain reeked and the toilet had stains. there was a disturbing noise issue between rooms, as sound traveled easily through thin walls. It felt like a major inconvenience that the advertised Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, which only added to the frustration of the stay.

The twin room was lovely, kept spotless, and had a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. I enjoyed the early check-in that allowed me to unwind after a long journey. Plus, the nearby attractions like Shark Bay Marine Park added to the overall experience.

We had a grand stay with a lovely ocean view from our spacious twin room, perfect for a morning cuppa. The staff were dead on helpful and friendly. Just wish the shower had stronger water pressure. it was a bit feeble. Still, mighty memories made here!

our stay at the heritage was fantastic! the location was perfect, right by shops and just across from the beach. the room had a beautiful ocean view, and housekeeping was attentive, always checking if we needed anything. the bar and bistro had a great vibe, and we really enjoyed the food there.
